Having a 2012 V-Rod, I know parts are limited. Usually I have to order them and wait a week, but when I called in for a new tire they not only had it in stock but got me in same day. Shadow (That's what they called the tech) did an awesome job pointing out issues I didn't know I had and got me out the door with not only the front tire I came in for but also changed brake fluid, clutch fluid, and a new rear tire all done in the same day. I'm impressed and very happy with the service I received.
