Dallas did a great job communicating the status of my bike, when parts arrived to proving completion time and meeting that expectation. When i had a problem with the ignition switch, Dalles had a tech come to my house to attempt to repair, when that was not successful they picked up my bike the next morning and had the job completed by noon!!!
