This review is written for the service department. I've had to take my bike down for a regular service and 2 warranty covered repairs. Eddie had helped me each time I had called and needed something. He is hands down one of the best employees in regards to service I've ever dealt with. I've been taken care of each time and everything was explained to me when I asked. He provided updates by phone on the status of my bike. He's went above and beyond to make sure my bike gets repair work done correctly and timely.
