I have been shopping for a bike for quite awhile. I could not get a salesman in the High Desert that was willing to work with me. Mike (although 4 hours away) was the only one that followed through. When he said he would call back, he did. When he said he would get the required information, he did. If there was a question he could not answer, he found someone who could, and then he called back. The store was clean. Personnel were friendly and welcoming. It was worth the drive and I would recommend making the trip. Thank you to all for a great experience.
