I walked in with a goal of purchasing a bike and Mike helped very well with facilitating that. The process was simple even when it came to trading in my old bike. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me narrow down my search for a bike that fits my needs. I am proud to say I rode away happy on my 2016 Street Glide.
